Refund policy

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.crochetcosta.com, owned by CrochetCosta (hereinafter, “the Seller”).

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.


1. Products

All products sold by CrochetCosta are handmade artisan items.

Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in shape, size, or color may occur compared to the images displayed. Such variations do not constitute defects.


2. Purchase Process

The customer must follow the online purchase procedure and confirm the order through payment.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

CrochetCosta reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.


3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email at:

The notification must include:

- Order number

- Full name

- A clear statement of the decision to withdraw

Products must be returned:

- Unused

- In perfect condition

- In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Custom-made or personalized products

- Items made according to customer specifications

- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

- Sale or clearance items where explicitly indicated


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including:

- Order number

- Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.


7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (3 Years)

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer protection laws.

If a lack of conformity appears within this period, the customer is entitled to:

- Repair

- Replacement

- Price reduction

- Termination of the contract

The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.


8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond CrochetCosta’s control.

CrochetCosta is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.


9. Customs, VAT and International Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for:

- Customs duties

- Import VAT

- Local taxes

These charges are non-refundable.


10. Liability

CrochetCosta shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages resulting from improper use of the products.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
